1) GET READY
- Remove the lid from the Sample Collection Tube.
- Place Test Tube upright.
- Put on Gloves.
2) THE SAMPLE
- After the Bowel Movement, wipe normal.
- Take the Sample Collection Spatula and run it through the used toilet paper, just enough to get a sample.
- Please get 2 samples before flushing the toilet paper.
3) SWIRL
- Insert the Samples Collection Spatula into the test tube.
- Swirl the Spatula all until the sample is gone.
- Remove and discard the Spatula.
4) SHAKE
- Tightly reattach the lid on the Sample Collection Tube.
- Shake the tube for 30 seconds.
- The glass bed in the tube will help in breaking up the sample.
5) MAKE TWO
- Continue steps 3 & 4 for Extra Collection Tube.
6) READY TO SHIP
- Place both Collection Tubes in the Ziplock bag and seal it tightly.
- Place sealed Ziplock bag in return envelope.
- Close the envelope.
- Place the envelop in the pre-paid return mailer.
